These terms govern your purchase and use of creatorclub.io. We wrote them to be readable — but if anything's unclear, our team is one email away.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on creatorclub.io. By placing an order you accept these terms in full. We may update them from time to time — material changes will be announced on this page and via email if they affect existing orders.
Products & descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly based on your screen. Specifications are sourced from our manufacturer partners; we update listings within 48 hours when we're notified of changes. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders & contract formation
Your order becomes a binding contract once we send the order confirmation email. Until that moment we reserve the right to decline an order — for example if stock is genuinely unavailable, a price is clearly mis-displayed, or we suspect fraud. In every such case you'll be refunded immediately and in full.
Payment
We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EU bank transfers through Stripe. Payment is taken at order confirmation. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe holds those under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Warranty & faulty goods
All products carry a 24-month statutory warranty under EU consumer law. If your gear fails within that window through no fault of yours, we repair, replace or refund — your choice. See the returns page for the practical workflow.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law and EU consumer regulations. For consumer purchases, your statutory rights are unaffected. If we can't resolve a dispute by email, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
