Every kit ships with a prepaid EU return label. If the gear doesn't earn its place on your shelf within 30 days, we refund in full — no restocking fee, no scripted retention call.
The 30-day window
Your return window starts the day your tracking shows the parcel was delivered. You have a full 30 calendar days to test the gear in your real workflow. If it doesn't click, you have another 14 days to ship it back — so 44 days of room to decide.
How returns work
Three steps, no scripts. We aim to resolve every return within 7 business days end-to-end.

Tell us your order number and which item you'd like to return. We reply within one business day with a prepaid EU label or instructions for non-EU returns.

Pack & drop off
Use the original packaging if possible. Attach the label, drop the parcel at any DPD point or InPost locker. You'll get a tracking link to follow it back to our warehouse.

Refund hits your account
Our warehouse inspects the return within 48 hours of arrival. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection — usually within 3.
Return conditions
We accept returns in original or near-original condition: gear can be unboxed, powered on, and test-shot — that's the whole point of a 30-day trial. Items returned with significant cosmetic damage, missing components or signs of professional use beyond evaluation may be subject to a partial refund.
What we can't take back
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened SD cards, microphone foams, or any item where the tamper-evident seal has been broken on memory media. Custom-engraved or personalised items are also final-sale unless the engraving is defective.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your gear arrives dead-on-arrival or fails within the first 30 days, email us with a short clip showing the issue. We replace under express shipping at our cost — typically within 5 days, no inspection wait required.
