We collect the minimum we need to ship orders, answer questions and improve the store. We never sell or rent your information. This page explains everything — in plain English, not legalese.
Data controller
CreatorClub is operated by Kamil Kaletka (sole proprietorship registered in Małopolska, Poland). For any privacy questions, contact [email protected]. We act as the data controller for all personal information collected through creatorclub.io.
Data we collect
We collect what's needed to run the store: your name, email, shipping address and order history when you buy something; technical data like browser, device type and pages visited via privacy-friendly analytics; and any messages you send us. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
We use your data to fulfil orders, answer your questions, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates), keep the store secure, and — only with your explicit opt-in — send marketing emails. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or share it with brokers.
Third parties
We share data only with processors necessary to operate: Stripe (payments), DPD/DHL/InPost (shipping), Resend (transactional email), Vercel/our EU hosting (infrastructure), and Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, EU-hosted). Each processor is bound by a DPA and processes data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Order records: 5 years (Polish tax law). Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then 30 days. Support conversations: 2 years. Analytics: 12 months in aggregate, no personal identifiers.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can: request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it (except where legally required to keep it, like invoices), restrict processing, port it to another service, or object to marketing. Email [email protected] with any request — we reply within 30 days.
